In January 2023, the 2 existing apartments will be equipped with a new bathroom and the kitchens will be renovated. The next project is the Pintxos Winebar. We hope to be able to spoil you with the most delicious snacks and drinks at the end of May.

About Mel's Pintxos Wine Bar & Aparthotel
We are Jeroen and Hanneke Mel-Schipperijn. For 31 years we had a beach pavilion in Zandvoort. Paviljoen Jeroen 20. We wanted to set up something beautiful 1 more time and when we came across this building at Zeestraat 44 we knew it right away. A Pintxos Wine Bar and Aparthotel. Hotel rooms with just a little more facilities and yet privacy. We encountered the pintxos in the Basque Country, Bilbao, San Sebastian. Cozy together while enjoying a glass of wine, a drink and a delicious snack. With our bar we hope to bring a bit of the Basque warmth to Zandvoort.
